WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING DO YOU USE?
Our online products are fulfilled through Printful and our pop-up event inventory is printed by local print shops. Printful uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. DTG uses eco-friendly water-based inks that provide unlimited color combinations, but colors can look different than the computer-generated product mockups online.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR T-SHIRTS TO ARRIVE?
During the pandemic, products will arrive later than usual. On average, once the order is placed, you will receive a tracking number when Printful ships your product out (usually in about 14 days). You should be receiving your package 3-4 weeks from when you placed your order.
HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?
We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify includes a PCI compliant shopping cart and hosting for online stores. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information.
